Our American Pale Ale is hopped with Cascade and Amarillo.
Inspired by the first wave of American hop forward pale ales to land in the UK.
A touch of caramunich and dextrin for body, colour and some sweetness to pair nicely with the bitterness.

I've only been to Nevada once in my life, but it's 3 days I wouldn't change! I'm guessing the Amarillo here has a subduing effect on the Cascade hops, it's all very exotic fruity within a clear deeper golden appearance, and crisp tasting. Pleasant hoppiness too.
