Brewed with Belgian Malts and Candi Syrup, this classic Belgian Ale is brewed in historic fashion. Our brewers use malts to create a softly fruity, malt sweet, almost chocolate, dark ale. The Belgian yeast used in this beer develops soft esters that linger in the finish bringing out a lovely red wine and plum complexity. This beer is rich, smooth, and creamy. It is lovely chilled, and brilliant as it warms.
