In our latest Duck Series release, we’ve gone big. Eider the UK’s largest water bird is the name of our 8% Double IPA. Lush mouthfeel and juicy saturation, with just a touch of dryness for drinkability. Dry hopped with Idaho 7, Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Mosaic hops layer in sticky stone fruit, bright citrus and dank tropical notes. Eider joins the flock alongside siblings Teal and Mallard – landing with weight, swagger and surprising grace.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A mild haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, pretty sweet. Cooling pine into slightly tangy citrus, touch of stone fruits. Candy fruits on the back end. Light finish. Workmanlike dipa, less malt sweetness would be good.
