Sample at the new tap room. Hazy pale orange color with a thin white head that evaporates steadily to a sparse outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of citrus, spice, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of tart lemons, cayenne pepper, ginger and yeast. The finish is tart and spicy with a lingering lemony and peppery aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Sample at Baptized in the Funk. Cloudy golden yellow color, white head. Aroma of lightly spiced lemon. Taste is tart lemon with a nice bit of heat and spice. Good festival beer.
