The first of three beers, showcasing how Sheffield's magnificently soft water can brew any beer! This time it's a NEIPA!
6.2% vegan and gluten-free New England IPA. Wade through huge citrus and tropical fruit flavours in this hazy, soft, and luxurious brew. The Beer ALWAYS comes first, but this time we’re shouting about the soft Sheffield water that created this beer.
Mega hoppy! Expect a big, decadent mouthfeel and luxurious licks of citrus and tropical fruit.
Hops: Citra. Galaxy. Krush. Riwaka. Simcoe.

Can. Mitchell’s Wines. Hazed gold. Not too milky which is nice. Head isn’t up to much as per a Triple Point pale ale. I’m convinced it’s the gluten free thing that’s responsible. There’s a bit of a struck match thing going on here, but otherwise it’s peachy and citrusy with notes of lemon juice and lime peel. Taste is semi sweet with a fair amount of dryness. Bitterness is pithy and oily. Drinks well at the 6.2. Probably would have guessed 5.6ish. Lean bitter finish. Barring that struck match thing it’s a good example of style and doesn’t err towards the milky shite that most UK brewers seem to think NEIPAs are about.
