The result is bursting with vibrant aromas and flavours of gooseberry, white wine, peach and passionfruit. A sturdy malt backbone and balanced medium bitterness tie it all together for a smooth, satisfying finish.

York Beer Festival 2025, Beer#2. Mildly hazy golden with sugary, subduing sweet tropical notes. Nose only fair too.
