Sample at the 6th Annual Craft Beer Festival by The Community Tap on 04/21/2018. Slightly hazy gold-orange color with a medium thin white head that dissipates quickly to a film. Sparse strings of lace. Aroma of oak, fruit and yeast. Medium body with flavors of vinous oak, tart fruit, mildly funky yeast and malt. The finish is tart fruit and yeast. Pretty good overall.

Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a clearish copper with almost no head. Tart lemon and vinous wine notes on the nose. Quite tart and woody on the palate with lots of oak and tart apricot and muscat notes. Lingering tart acidity. Not really much balance, just a slap of vinegar to the face. --- Beer merged from original tick of Source Series Opuntia on 22 Jun 2018 at 22:48 - Score: 7

Red color with a acidic and sweet aroma. Taste starts sweet and fruity but quickly turns sour with a lingering tart aftertaste.

Sample at Baptized in the Funk. Hazy golden color, white head. Aroma has dusty straw, light spice, summer fruit. Taste is funky overripe stone fruit. Delicious.
