Sampled on draft at Tapped this beer poured a hazy amazingly pale yellow color with a trace white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was sour with cider vinegar. The flavor was sour, astringent and dry with cider vinegar and granny smith apples. Long finish. Medium body. Meh.

Tap bowsers. Yes, typical cider aroma. Good initial sizzling co2 bite. Quite tart for a cider. Sourness is so welcoming, I’m really diggin this. Almost comes across like a real lambic. Hops are not real apparent. Good balance and a very like able brew. Much much better than expected. Best hoppy cider I can remember tasting Good job DFH, THIS BREW ROCKS! You would never know this beer is above 4%, hides the alky very well.

Draft at Salud. Cloudy yellow color, fizzy at first then settles quickly. Tart apple and lemon aroma. Taste is very tart, almost acetic. Goes beyond Basque ciders.
