Bottled. Poured an orange brown amber. Off white head Cinnamon and your usual fall spice program and the Brett funk and tartness chimes in at the end. Pretty good stuff.

Crabapple, currant, and allspice nose. Cloudy ochre, enormous yellow head, decent lace. The bottle had been in a freezer and the foam had frozen just a bit. It gushed upon opening, but given its solid state, it emerged from the bottle slowly like toothpaste from the tube. Intense flavor of tart orange, currant, and allspice, very strong. Some clove notes on the finish. Full body, easy carbonation. I think I’d like this with or without the spice, little funk or pumpkin presence, but a nice sour.

750mL cork and cage bottle. Thick glowing orange color, low clarity. Aroma has moderate brett, lively and lightly spikey wild, light leather. Only light spices hiding behind that. Flavor is mildly tart, spices on back end are light and match the tart brett character. Drier finish. This is how I like pumpkin beers.

750 c&c from Bine & Vine. Pours bright copper with a very creamy large beige head. Aroma is smooth barnyard, moderate pie spice, and I think detectable Brett. Med + body. Flavor is Brett/barnyard with moderate pie spice. It’s not too acidic, and the pie spice thankfully is not too strong to wholly obliterate the Brett. Maybe a bit too much spice for me, but it’s a pretty good drink. Maybe it’s even quaffable.

Bottle shared with Franco and the Salud crew. Clear golden amber color, fluffy white head. Funky dusty aroma. Taste has more funk than spice. Tasty.
