Can from the mixed pack. Brownish orange color with a small head. Aroma is light pumpkin spice, a bit of citrus and wheat. The traditional pumpkin spices are there, but thankfully dialed back. Goes well with the wheat base. Much better than expected.

Bottle at BrewMaster’s Craft Beer Festival. Pours a hazy gold with small off white head. The aroma is nutmeg and spice. Thin mouth, pumpkin, spice, cinnamon, light finish, decent.

A nice pumpkin spice aroma and flavor, I doubt there’s any pumpkin at all in here, but this is still nicely spiced and balanced. Good beer.

Bottle. A- Pumpkin pie, nutmeg, cloves, allspice, cinnamon, cool whip. A- Yellow color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Pumpkin, nutmeg, cloves, allspice, cinnamon. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, smooth finish. O- All be damned. This shouldn’t be a good beer but it’s actually a pretty great one. Very much pumpkin pie like. The spice is not overwhelming and includes a variety of spices and the pumpkin isn’t fake tasting. Very good actually. Appearance isn’t too great but an otherwise very tasty pumpkin beer.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 12/14/2015. Pours hazy bright golden yellow color with a 2 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of lemon, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, wheat, cracker, light honey, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of pale malt, spices, and lemon notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, wheat, cracker, light honey, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Minimal herbal/spice bitterness and slight lemon tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, wheat, cracker, light honey, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Good robustness and balance of pale malt, spices, and lemon flavors; with a great malt/spice balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness after the finish as well. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, crisp, and lightly creamy/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 4.2%. Overall this is a nice spiced shandy style. All around good robustness and balance of pale malt, spices, and lemon flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Sampled on draft at the Rivertowne Pub this beer poured a cloudy yellow-gold color with a medium sized fluffy white head that faded and left minimal lacing. The aroma was tangy and yeasty with cinnamon and clove. The flavor was sweet and bread with cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. Long finish. Medium body. Fairly tasty.

If some beer needs to be #6000, why not make it this one? From a can at Chadwicks. Aroma was light spiced notes, touch of that lemony sweetness that you typically get from Leinenkugels. Straw, lemonade notes. Touch of gourd spices, but not a lot of pumpkin notes. Inoffensive, though slighly metalic.

Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Pie spice aroma. Strong. Med minus body. Flavor is pie spice, then gets some thin citrus, then gets back to pie spice, and finishes, well mostly pie spice. I think citrus is present all the way, but not much.
