Draught at the cidery, 10/3/25.
Lightly hazy, pale golden. Some carbonation from refermentation.
Big, but aged Brett in the nose has a lovely stone fruit, pear and hint of band aid character with dry, though slightly juicy apple character.
Dry and fruity with good acid and leathery chew to the tannin. Brett is apparent but not dominating. Easygoing acidity and soft funk with good minerality. Light, natural carbonation.
