Sample at the brewpub. Clear copper-amber color with a medium off-white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Clear reddish-amber color with a medium off-white head that recedes quickly to a wispy film. Sparse strings of lace. Aroma of roast malt, fruit and caramel. Light-bodied with a caramel malt character and flavors of fruit and slight hops. The finish is sweet with a short malty aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.
