A honey beer using 30% Orange Blossom Honey. The yeast ferments the sugar in the honey and leaves behind a dry, crisp beer with a delicate orange blossom and honey character.

Hazy deep blond color, poor head. Very light aroma of honey. Watery taste, with a touch of common millefiori honey and medium-high bitterness.

Bottle Pours a decidedly clear light orange with a very slight white head. Lacing is sturdy and thin. Very odd aroma. Honey, light grains, papery, very faint. Very lively carbonation. Light malt flavers, very easy on the hops and there is a slight orange hint. Odd and even though pilsners are not my thing, somewhat interesting.

Yellow beer with a hazy milkey hue, and thin white head. Fairly strong aroma of fresh honey, and tangerines. Good dry pils with nice notes of sweet honey and some pleasant orange notes. Lightly thinner bodied but this is quite good. Thanks to Degarth for bottling and sending a bottle of this unique beer.
