Gently hopped with a mix of UK-grown hops (Ernest, Phoenix, Challenger, East Kent Goldings) and fermented with a popular English Ale strain. American Sardine Bar: pours dark brown with beige head. Aroma is nutty, malty, some chocolate. Taste is fairly dry. Not very bitter. Nice body, especially for the rather diminutive size.
