Bright, Briny, and Built to Share
Salt Crush is our new farmhouse cider inspired by the coastal South — crisp, briny, and mineral-driven with a wild ferment edge. It’s bright and bone-dry, like sea spray on sun-warmed skin, and made for pairing with food (and friends). Like the oyster on the label, it’s a pure expression of land and sea, fermented low and slow from Southern apples with zero bs.
We’re honored to feature a piece called “Oyster” on the label — a painting by queer, non-binary Charlotte-based artist @lindseycherekwaller, whose work centers joy, play, and queer futurism. Lindsey’s still lifes and portraits create visual blueprints for a radically loving world, and we’re here for it.
We met Lindsey at a tasting at @substrateclt — shoutout to Substrate for building a space where collaborations like this can happen.
