Riesling BA Pale Lager
We took one of our lagers and aged it in a delicate oak-forward riesling barrel, which previously held our Belgian Blonde. This has transformed the lager into something very different!

The brethren still provideth. Hazy-opaque amber. Foamy white head. Aroma has light vinous sourness over light malts. Slightly metallic. Flavourwise it's sour with a hint of sweetness. Vinous and grapes. Woody. A hint of yeast. Underlying malts. Metallic. It's rather dry. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Dry. Crisp. Refreshing. More dryness.
