Brewed with only Maris Otter pale malt and Simcoe hops, this single malt and single hop IPA is seriously juicy, hazy & the perfect winter refresher. Aromas of grapefruit, lemon zest and subtle pine, flavours of juicy citrus, biscuity malt, and a subtle earthiness. Medium to full body, refreshing, and a hazy straw colour, this IPA will remind you of the warm days to come.

An ample, well laced white head on a relatively clear (for Bicycle) straw coloured body. The nose has a nice fresh punch to it, featuring grapefruit and other citrus elements. The taste is as advertised - juicy and fresh Simcoe fruitiness with subtle and sweet biscuit malt. The hop notes are pleasant and non-astringent. Grapefruit, lemon and some tropical hints blend well with the malt. Touches of IPA soapiness and pepper round out the taste profile. Mid-ranch body and effervescence. A clean finish and an easy drink.
