14/II/25 - 33cl bottle from La Bièrerie (Illkirch, Strasbourg, FR), shared @ home, BB: 10/IX/25 (2025-133)
Cloudy blond beige beer, big creamy aery off-white head, a bit irregular, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lovely, lots of citrus, grapefruit, orange peel, juicy, some tropical fruits, a little herbal, a bit malty. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: very yeasty, grassy, bitter, herbal, some grapefruit, but overall not as fruity as I would’ve hoped for a NEIPA.
