We present a light and crushable, yet full and flavorful fruited hazy IPA. We used some of our favorite American and NZ hops to create a base beer loaded in notes of peach and then conditioned it on just enough peach to help accentuate the hops. Smooth notes of peach rings, dried apricot, and papaya.

Brewery draught, 9/25/25.
Moderately hazy, pale brass-blonde. Creamy, off-white head slowly to light cover.
Leathery peach with citrus and very minimal pine. Clean, polished, juicy and malty with biscuit and bread. No booze or dominating peach.
Dry, crusty/crackery in the mouth with lightly juicy peach and citrusy hops. Earthy and rustic with citrus, pine and peach retronasal but never too much acid. Good malt depth yet excellently dry. At first I thought it was too dry, crackery, maybe not quite flavorful enough, but as it warms it really impresses. Man, this brewery could be the next big star...
