Five Ships is a single-decocted spelt lager brewed with whole cone Centennial hops from Ryefield Hops. Clean and bright, with dough bread crust character and a smooth mouthfeel.

Can. Pale yellow gold with a good inch of white head that deflates. Smells like a fresh Helles with slightly doughy bread, citrus and spices. Quite fizzy. The illusion of richness with spices and mixed citrus - some grapefruit, lemon and lime - before pretty modest bitterness. A good quaffer with some unusual if subtle touches.
