For our second Fun Syndicate member’s beer release, we pushed hop saturation to the max. Exercising no restraint, we insanely and irresponsibly hopped this fluffy triple IPA at over 18lbs per barrel! Complex notes of dried apricot pulled from trail mix, dripping ripe papaya, extra pulp OJ and bergamot orange.

Brewery draught, 9/25/25.
Moderately-to-heavily hazy, bronze-maize-golden. Small, white head.
Earthy, subtle, chalky, piney and polished without resin, sugar or booze. Cracker and biscuit easily balance.
Big banana, marshmallow, coconut. Crazy to get these flavors without adjunct. Juicy, soft, properly bitter and clean with no booze or syrupy sugar. These guys are definitely doing unique and interesting stuff.
