Ain't nobody dope as this wet hop pale ale. It marches in with (Mass)cade’s citrus swagger and Pepite’s earthy bravado, like a hop parade through Four Star Farms sun-drenched field in Northfield, MA. Brewed within hours of harvest, it’s got that green snap, that sticky soul, that “I know where my hops come from” kind of attitude. The flavor? Piney, zesty, and just bitter enough to remind you who’s the boss.

Hudson draught, 10/12/25.
Clear amber-strawberry. As pictured.
No big toast, no caramel. Fruity yeast and peppery hops. Very clean and crisp with high attenuation.
Malty and dry with peppery, fruity hops and yeast combo. Strawberry and black pepper are highly flavorful but not too sweet or even too bitter. Hint of toast at best with no caramel or resin. Really impressive amount of soft, rounded flavors for how clear and traditional it is. Lingering strawberry, Meyer lemon and pepper balance biscuity malts to the effect of excellent balance. Like a light version of SN Celebration back in the day. Maybe a bit of excess acidity builds up by the end of the pint.

Draft at brewery post run while listening to how Washington State hops are the bomb haha. Cool to know some hops come from right here in Mass. or age and fairly clear with smaller white head. Nose is thick wet hop goodness vegetal and pungent florals. Tastes much the same scallions, florals, bit of citrus. Medium bodied and some bitters
