Bottle pour at London Cider House. Pours clear gold with a small white head. Musty wool and dry cider apples on the nose. Flavour is super dry with a clean cider apple character, good amount of tannins, and champagne effervescence. Great dry cider.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Clear golden colour, some bubbles on top that dissipate to a thin white rim and aroma of apple, citric hint. Taste is tangy, tart, appley, light citrus note, some funk, acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry funky tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

26/9/2025. Pour from a 750ml bottle at the St Albans Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Good pour. Aroma is rich apple, stewed apple, apple pie, caramel, white wine, yeast. Nicely balanced sweetness and dryness. Sparkling carbonation. Very nice.
