Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Fruity and floral aroma with pineapple and roses among the most dominant characters. Also mild spicy and with a mineral touch, a bit like chalk. Dry and spicy flavour with anise noted, and a fruity sweetness. Scary drinkability for a 9% beer.
