AROMA: medium-high hop aroma (fresh-green, slight grapefruit and lime, lupulin), with a medium-low to low neutral and slightly sweet malt background. APPEARANCE: pale yellow color and hazy (almost murky). medium-low white head, creamy, with ok retention. leg formation. TASTE: initial medium hop flavor (fruity, lupulin, slight lime, pine), followed by medium neutral-sweet malt background. medium to medium-high bitterness with a semi-dry to dry finish with bitterness that persists. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a good double ipa but with less body than expected.
