Tap at Gourmet Haus. Slightly hazed copper with off-white head. Flavor is malt, banana and spice. Nice, well rounded mouthfeel.

Can with a code but not a date, drunk 10/1/25.
As pictured.
Smells fantastic, if maybe not quite as richly malted as some in the style. But bright, fruity, clean and snappy. More dunkelweizen than Weizenbock. No big toast or bubble gum. Some strong caramel and very light oxidation. Just no deep, bock-like maltiness is my only qualm here.
Ah, but somehow it didn't translate to the flavor and there is indeed plenty of rich, bock-like maltiness. Fruity, malty with date, raisin, vanilla and strawberry. Rich and malty with good attenuation and the Weizen yeast phenols helping balance, as well. Loving these fun, one-off Plank cans.
