Cette bière a été développée avec nos amis de Fine Balance Brewery situés à Kingston en Ontario. Leur bière phare, la Oats and Cream, nous a inspiré à produire une Double Oat Cream NEIPA avec houblons néo-zélandais pour ce projet commun. L’avoine y apporte une structure de malt dense supportant à merveille les arômes de pêches mûres, de fruits de la passion et d’agrumes déployés par les houblons Superdelic, Riwaka et Nectaron!

Hazy, golden-orange colour with a frothy warm-whitish head, good stay and lots of lacing streaks. Citrus aromas with some nectarine notes, some nice New Zealand grassy-hoppiness adding a spicy touch, and tropical-stone fruits. A creamyish mouthfeel with decent dryness in the finish - but not overly. A nice creamy-oat NEIPA with good fruitiness and NZ hops.
