Mild gets a bad rap. We use it to describe a lot of plain and boring things: like salsa with no spice, a headache that’s almost more annoying than painful, curry that only suggests flavor, or Todd from accounting. We’re here to change the perception of mild, let’s get wild for mild.
Introducing Bungall & Tappitt: Mild Ale, a mild ale with Heritage Gold barley malt, carabrown malt, pale chocolate malt & Fuggle hops.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber with a brown hue and an off white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has bread and a bit of leaves with grain and straw underlying. Flavor is bready with a touch of sweet grain and a bit of leaves backing.
