A fruited sour with raspberries at the core - it tastes like late summer wandering the lanes lazily picking at the hedgerows...there’s the citric sharpness of the fruit, and a lovely deep draw of yoghurt-like intrigue from the lactobacillus culture we kettle soured with, playing out on a malt bill of biscuity sweetness from Munich and Vienna malts. It’s still summer (just!), it’s pink and It’s Giving...Raspberry!

Appearance - solid red pink with no head to speak of.
Nose - raspberry, creamy raspberry and lightly tart.
Taste - lactose, raspberry and generally tart.
Palate - light bodied, but creamy middle with a long tart finish.
Overall - good.

I won't be giving this one a raspberry sound from the lips, it's too decent for that. Cloudy deeper pink coloured. Quite sour, quite raspberry in a mashed sense, it's not directly the fruit from the bush. Excellent aroma.
