18/11/2025. Bottle shared by Colin, cheers! Very juicy, real apple juice. Dry and sugary. Yeasty. Stone fruits. Spritzy. Some bitterness to finish. Pretty decent.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Golden colour, bubbly head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, fruit, funk. Taste is sweetish, appley, tangy, some funk, kiwi fruity note, with acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle at home, from Cat In A Glass online, 28/09/2025.
Almost clear golden topped with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is tarte apple, straw, tannins, light barnyard nip.
Taste comprises sharp apples, vinous, light funk, crisp apple skins, hay bale.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a mild acidic nip.
Tidy cider.
