Harry Masters Jersey is a late-mid season bittersweet apple. It has a dark red flush when ripe, making it a very pretty apple. It doesn't have a very high juice yield so we need more apples per litre produced. This makes a nice and light cider to drink.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruit, funk. Taste is sweetish, appley, tangy, fruity, with gluey funk, some caramel, and earthy tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium drying tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bladder bag at the 28th St Albans Beer Festival, 26/09/25.
Golden orange topped with an off white cap.
Nose is light funk, straw, bitter sweet apple tang.
Taste comprises modest acidic tones, crisp apple, vinous, caramel.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close.
Decent drop.
