A warming, richly flavoured cider for the autumn evenings. Kingston Black and Dabinett combine with barrel influence for a full-bodied, fruit forward drink. Three different vintages of cider are blended together to express the complexity of matured and young ciders together in harmony. Notes of smoked apples, stewed pears present alongside the sherried trifle filling. The type of cider we love to drink alongside the fire at the close of a harvest day, to rejuvenate the soul and feel the comforting embrace of our precious fermented apples.

750ml bottle from Ross on Wye. Golden colour, bubbly white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple, fruity, wood barrel, funk. Taste is tangy, juicy fruits, apple, and woody, whisky barrel, oaky, with phenolic & funky hints, drying acidity & tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry woody tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
