This West Coast Hoppy Lager features a simple grist of floor malted Czech pilsen that is rounded out with a hint of honey malt for color and sweetness, while a touch of Munich malt lends the beer subtle notes of toasted bread, similar to an old school West Coast IPA. One More Won’t Hurt was hopped with Citra and Galaxy for a nice subtle bittering addition as well as a taste of summer citrus.
