Brewed with all British ingredients and showing with a stunning golden hue. Complex hop flavours that you appreciate more and more as the pint goes down and a bitterness that rises to give real length. Needs a whole pint to really "get it" with this lovely smooth beer.

[Cask at the Back of Beyond (JDW), Reading.] A bright pale amber pour with a tight cream coloured head; grainy aroma; quite syrupy in the mouth without being sweet, and a smooth biscuity malt body; then a long spicy finish. Full bodied and satisfying.
