Draft at Pilot Project Brewing in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The pour is a golden copper with a small off white head. The aroma is softly toasting bread, toffee and caramel. The taste is the rich malt notes of toffee and caramel up front, then transitions more to grain and finishes with the toastiness. The palate is medium bodied, soft natural carbonation and a clean grain softly sweet malt finish. Solid Marzen.
