Pet Nat Medium Dry Perry.
Blakeney Red is soft, gentle and easy drinking, while Yellow Huffcap is intensely concentrated in its sugar, acid, aroma and somewhat its tannins. The fruit is from the Chew Stoke pear orchard, planted in 1909.
With soft bubbles, a little residual sugar, and a good body this is an extremely drinkable perry, either by itself or with food. Aromas of gooseberry, sour sweets, poached pear and cream soda. 750ml. 5.5%.

750ml bottle for #rgpm. Sparkling, bright yellow golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of perry pear, fruit, funk. Taste is sweet, tangy, perry pear, fleshy fruity, floral, citric, with leathery funk and drying tannin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, medium dry peary finish. Nicely drinkable.
