A refreshing summer sessionable ale. Using loads of Nectaron hops from New Zealand, with Simcoe and Citra. Giving a subtly fruity taste with feeling of white grape and melon.

Cask at Bird in Hand, Stafford. Pours a hazy golden amber with a small foamy almost white head. The aroma has malts, biscuits and caramel. In the mouth it is sweet and creamy with floral hops, caramel and melon pls hints of herbs and autumn fruits after a while leading to a slightly fruity finish. This is reasonable but somewhat undistinguished.
