We joined with Cloer Family Vineyards in Apex to bring you this pyment - wildflower honey and Nobel grapes fermented together. A strong grape nose leads to fruity notes with soft tannins. Pair with lamb, pesto, or chimichurri.

Curated tasting at Starrlight, couldn't sit on things forever.
Pale peach pour.
Gentle floral honey, grapes, bit of wax.
Astringent berry skin & some honey wax.
Super dry, mellow acidity, lots of popsicle stick.
Overall, a little delicate.
Okay enough.
