What about the yeast, you ask? Well... the yeast is the Orval strain from the famous Belgian monestary, so you got us there.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Yeasty aroma. Flavors of green apple/pear, white grape, yeasty. Solid.
