We are proud to present TABULA RASA, a collaboration with our friends from Cambier, a brewery located in northern France between Lille and Roubaix. A few months ago, the brewery was completely destroyed by a heavy fire. Drinking a good pint of this French Pale Ale (5%) will be a way to support the reconstruction of this excellent brewery!
Tabula Rasa has a beautiful, cloudy straw colour. The presence of rye, wheat, and spelt also adds texture. Thanks to the French hops in dry-hopping, in the nose we find a powerful aromatic bouquet characterized primarily by tropical fruits and citrus, with hints of white fruit. The fruitiness is present in the mouth as well, but it is less intense and accompanied by notes of cereals and a spicy accent. On the finish, a pleasant bitterness brings balance to this intensely fruity beer.
