A young saison with a blend of upcycled Gewürztraminer and Pinot Gris grapes from the Yakima Valley and bottle conditioned with Tropical Blossom honey from Oregon. Bettina is a refreshing summer crusher under 5% abv. Presenting notes of apricot and nectarines, Bettina has beautiful texture with layers of floral notes and a soft sweetness from the honey.
We are inspired by the idea of reusing and upcycling ingredients that have more to offer after their first run, rather than simply discarding. It allows for a unique finished product as well as the opportunity to keep our costs down and create beers that are as accessible as they are delicious.

Hazy pale. Soft grape notes, mild malt, mild bugs, soft and refined. Excellent.

On tap at Fair Isle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma has a wonderful wild yeast character, with musty grape skins, light champagne effervescence. Flavour is dry and musty, with a nice funky wild yeast character, musty grape skins, and light earthiness. Musty, vinous, dry finish. Smells better than it tastes but it’s still well-executed.

On tap at Fair Isle. Pours murky yellow with a white head. Tons of musty white wine grape skins and peppery saison yeast on the nose. Flavour has juicy white wine grapes, lots of must, and a dry, peppery saison yeast. This is fantastic.
