Remember cereal before school? This is like that—but for grown-ups, and a bit unhinged.
We packed this IPA with a full spectrum of wheat malts—light, dark, chocolate, and cara—for a deep, toasty, breakfasty base. Oats add smoothness, and cocoa husks from East London chocolate wizards Land, bring the real choc hit. Then we went full mad scientist, adding heaps of juicy hops—Wai-iti, Krush Cryo, and Amarillo—for a bright, citrusy lift that’s pure cartoon chaos in a can.
It’s chocolatey, orangey, hoppy, and nostalgic in all the right ways.
Weird? Sure. Wonderful? Absolutely.
Prof. Weeto approves.

Draught keg at Tønne, Leicester. Light to mid-brown and cloudy with a small beige head. Slightly muted aroma is giving me chocolate and light wheat grain. Taste is ambrosia, hoppy and bitter with the sweetness of the wheat. A floral flourish in the final sip, very bitter here. Medium body and carbonation. It all hangs together oh so well.

Keg at Creative Juices taproom, Maple Cross, Herts. A murky dark brown coloured pour with a decent off white/beige head on top. Vaguely roasty, chocolate, wheaty. Not what I would call an IPA, more of a muddy mess!
