Can sample at The Amazing Canival. This beer touched off a discussion at the festival of whether it’s better to be a Zamboni driver or a Walmart greeter. We didn’t solve the issue definitively. Meanwhile the beer is pale yellow in color with champagne bubbles. Lightly peppery aroma. Taste is crisp straw and subtle citrus. Refreshing.
