(Draft at Biererei, Berlin, 18 July 2025) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with bread, grass, herbs and funky yeast. Fruity, spicy taste with notes of bread, herbs, yeast, citrus, tropical fruit, hints of brett and a mild herbal/spicy bitterness. Medium body, dry. Fruity, funky and quite interesting. Very nice.

All the Tradition variants are tops. So unbelievably good. Manna from heaven. Grassy, citrusy, extra carbonated.
