Bright, amber, thick head. Sweet vaguely caramel malt, fairly bitter, some piney and grapefruit hop. Bit of alcohol in the finish.

On tap at Beva, pours a clear bright copper golden with a small wire head. Nose is very malty, with big caramel malt, some tropical notes, light allium, and some resinous hop oils. Flavour is definitely maltier for a WCIIPA, with lots of sweet caramel malt, resinous hop oils, and a touch of tropical character. Over-malted and under-attenuated for my tastes but still pleasantly assertive hops. Reasonably made but not my kind of WCIIPA.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 16 Sept 2025). Clear gold with full white head. Floral, soft tropical hops, light citrus and clean, mild caramel biscuit malt.

On tap at The Magnet. Pours clear gold with a white head. Citra, resin, gentle tropical fruit, and toffee malts on the nose. Flavour has a strong allium component, some overripe tropical fruit, pine, chewy malts. I don't love Citra, but the hops come across well and the body is good. The finish could be more bitter and, again, with less Citra, but pretty solid.
