Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 04/12/2025.
Hazed orange topped with a lasting frothy just off white head.
Nose is orange pith, ripe melon, grass, stone fruit flicker.
Taste comprises bitter orange, guava, grass, pine needle, airy malts, mandarin.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come lightly danko hop bitterness.
Tidy kit.

Can. Just a light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, plenty of creamy sweetness a la Phantom style but, certainly not overdone. Unusually for Phantom, no hops are denoted. Light cooling pine, plenty of bright stone fruits and a little citrus. A very mild green hop on the mildly dry finish. Reckon this Krush and/or Nectaron based. A bright and breezy affair that goes down far too easily.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy brown body with a thin beige head. No visible carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of fig, raisin and blood orange. Flavour of caramel, melon, coca-cola and dried mango. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. The colour of this beer is unexpected given the label description and style; it’s arguably more of a black IPA or hoppy brown ale than an IPA.

Keg at Three Hounds, Beckenham. Hazy dull brown tung3d gold. Thin foamy white head with some bubbles. Aroma is fruit... Stone fruit. Light resin edge. Flavourwise there's an initial bitterness with sour edge. It then develops a real.sweet fruit syrup and vanilla porridge streak. Light-medium bodied. Slick to creamy.. Lazy soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent. Enjoyable NEIPA. Just not overly attractive.
