Brewed in collaboration with The Budos Band! We started with a special low lox Canadian barley, ran a single kettle cereal mash with milled white rice, and hopped through the boil with saaz. After proper conditioning, we “dry hopped” with hop oil distillate (Nelson Sauvin) for a little aroma pop on this smooth light backdrop.

Draught at Jtown: pours pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is nicely dry hopped with aromatic fruity and herbal notes. Rice is not as heavy as it is in some rice lagers. The dry hopping makes this an interesting iteration of the style.
