Gab and Boris from Messorem swung by the brewery on their way to Farm Trip to brew our second collaboration beer together! Like Voyage before it, this is a big juicy DIPA powered by New Zealand hops (plus plenty of Citra for good measure!!) - this time, Nelson Sauvin and Peacharine. Pouring a perfect pastel yellow, we get loads of puckering gooseberry, spritzy lime and lemonade, white wine and ripe peach.

Pour at Snallygaster 2025. Poured an incredibly cloudy, slightly dull yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was big fruit, some grass. Light bitterness, mild grassy notes. Fruity finish.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy smooth palate, good fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Light bodied pale malts, a dry feeling but forward creamy sweetness. Nice hoppage. Peacharine floral peach plays nicely with it's great uncle Citra, still delivering juicy citrus after all these years and terroired to death no doubt. Light savoury skunk sits underneath. A modest but notable Nelson grape comes through on the back end. Light crisp and fairly dry finish. A tad dry for me but everything else sings.

Keg at Ghost Whale Brixton. Ha,y orange. Thin foamy white head. Aroma has full-on fruit juice with a bite of resinous edge. Flavourwise it has a lorra syrupy fruit juice with a resinous streak. Underlying sugary sweetness. Medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Yep.
