Cidery draught, 10/3/25.
Very carbonated rusty rosé.
Rustic, funky nose with poignant, tannin-rich, berry-like acidity. Earthy and dry and not too acidic or overly Bretty.
Soft and lightly juicy with a vinous acidity and overall character. Incredible complexity with appropriate body and low Brett. Stunning.
