Using a similar Braeburn base as our Fine Cyder, we employ a dry hopping brewing technique to infuse Nelson Sauvin hops into the cider. This results in a beautiful sparkling cyder that offers lychee and elderflower aromas to balance the citrus notes of the Braeburn apples.

750ml bottle from the Newt. Pale yellow gold colour, foamy white head that dissipates away and aroma of citrus, elderflower, floral, hops. Taste is tart, fruity, appley, fleshy, lychee, eldeflower, citrusy with resiny hop bitterness. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry citric hopped acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
